If you do anything for yourself for self care, this should be it! The studio vibe and staff are so welcoming, you feel instantly part of the Foundry family!! I had a hip injury, instructors are knowledgeable about the best ways to modify to practice safely and strengthen/heal the area. The Studio is always clean, well maintained and the remodel made the Tempe-Mesa location so beautiful! Mat, Towel rentals are available as are electrolytes! Great variety of classes and times offered!

I haven't worked out in 6 weeks since I broke my toe. I informed the wonderful instructor, and she helped me go at my own pace and ability. I really appreciated that, and it felt amazing getting back to pilates! Thank you, Foundry Yoga.
